Service was excellent. Our need were taken care of from check in to check to the highest grade. Had a wonderful stay will surely visit back next time in India. It got more special as Twinkle one of the employee there made a little home coming feel to my son visiting India the first time really touched our hearts. Usually i always stayed with taj this time I chose this as my son wanted to see juhu beach but now i guess every time i visit back have found a new home called j w juhu. I often visit India as my parents live there and now my resting place shall be j w juhu. Hope to meet the wonderful staff again and be treated like a king. Thanks much

Despite an initial hiccup regarding my room not being ready upon my late arrival, I waited at Reflections Bar and had my drink, and the bartenders took good care of me, making sure the drink was on the house. By the third night, I was really impressed with the amazing service and bartending skills of two young gentleman, namely Ryle and Prathik. But there was also great overall service in this hotel. I also liked the easy access to the beach as well as small retail outlets in the area. Restaurant-wise, Saffron and Lotus Cafe have some of the freshest and most delicious local dishes you’ll ever enjoy.

This is a very good place to stay in this part of town. While the building is 25 years old and you could feel it's bit dated, the hotel is clean, as all the amenities and the service is outstanding. Special kuddos to the gym (the best from all 5star hotels i stayed in in Mumbai, good variety of machines). The pool is convenient too. The buffet breakfast is spectacular wrt choice and quality. We organised a family lunch in Saffron which was perfect too. Next time i come back to Mumbai i will stay here again.

The Hotel is well situated directly onto the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the house staff, Harendar in my case, could not have done enough and always checking to see if I needed anything (extra water, towels, lanundry etc.). The entire staff are very helpfully and nothing is an issue for them. Breakfast choice is excellent, with fast and efficient service. The gym is well equipped and the overall hotel experience is a good one.
